Thank you so much for visiting Lindsay Lane Christian Academy’s website!  We are very excited about what God is doing at LLCA!  We opened our doors on August 10, 2009 for the first time, and it has been an incredible adventure. 

We have been blessed with an amazing staff that pours Christ’s love into each of our students as well as their families and each other.  It blesses my heart each day to visit the classrooms and observe what God is doing in the lives of our students. Our staff allows God to guide them in raising future generations of leaders with Godly character based on biblical truth and academic excellence to influence the world for the glory of God. 

We would love for you to visit LLCA and see our “Champions for Christ” in action!  As you enter the doors, you will see a state of the art facility complete with a computer lab and interactive learning boards.  You may hear the sound of music, observe art being created, see library books on the go, or witness a relay race.  Be prepared to observe students learning in a safe, loving atmosphere, which brings laughter and fun!

As an elementary teacher for 15 years, my philosophy of learning is that it should be meaningful and fun!  I believe school should be a place that children want to go, and a place where they know they cared for and loved.  Therefore, now as an administrator this remains a personal goal of mine for LLCA!  We desire for our students to feel the love of Christ in everything they see and hear.  Activities and lessons are presented in a way that makes learning meaningful and fun.  We have selected Bob Jones University Press as the publishing company for Bible, language arts, history, and science.  Bob Jones University shares the desire that learning should be enjoyable, and it provides the students with critical thinking skills that prepare them for the real world.  Also, Saxon Math was selected as a spiral math program that reviews previously taught skills daily rather than teaching math concepts in isolation.
