Samantha Reid

Mrs. Reid received her Master's in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University. She was an Adjunct Professor at GSU and worked for the Dean of Students office for eight years. She is familiar with the Abeka Curriculum and Biblical Practices after teaching American Literature at Bible Baptist Christian Academy in South Georgia as well. Mrs. Reid served for a year as the Director of Development for the Chatham County SAFE Shelter Center for Domestic Violence in Savannah, Georgia before moving to North Alabama with her family. A native of Big Stone Gap, VA in the Appalachian Mountains, she enjoys spending time outdoors reading, kayaking, and walking the beautiful trails in the area with her husband, Sam; son, Tony; and 2 puppies, Zelda and Luna.
